During our stay at Kyaninga Royal Cottage, the views of the crater lakes were absolutely breathtaking. We were in awe of the natural beauty surrounding us. The breakfast served exceeded our expectations, with delicious pancakes that were like juicy crepes. The staff was lovely and very attentive, always eager to please. The location was also fantastic, providing us with a memorable experience. Despite a few limitations, such as limited vegetarian dinner options and the lack of a shower stand, our overall experience was excellent.

The view from the hotel was breathtaking and definitely made up for any other shortcomings. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. Trekking around the beautiful lake was an amazing experience, especially with the assistance of the knowledgeable hotel guide.
The rooms were not well-maintained and could use some improvement. the food at the hotel was quite poor.
